  • Free U.S. Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the 50 United States (including Washington D.C.)—no minimum purchase required. Whether you’re ordering a dainty earring set or a statement pendant, shipping is on us.
  • Trusted Logistics Partners: We partner with leading U.S. and North American carriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery of your jewelry. The carrier is selected based on your location (e.g., urban vs. rural) and the fragility of the item (e.g., gemstone pieces may use carriers with specialized handling for delicate goods).

Timelines

  • Processing Time: All U.S. orders are carefully inspected (to verify jewelry quality, such as secure gemstone settings or intact clasps), packed in protective materials (e.g., padded jewelry boxes, bubble wrap), and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), during which processing may be temporarily delayed.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, standard delivery to most U.S. destinations takes 3–7 business days

Important Notes

  1. Address Accuracy: Double-check your U.S. shipping address (including apartment numbers, suite codes, and ZIP codes) before completing payment. We ship exclusively to the address provided, and changes cannot be made after order placement. Incorrect addresses may lead to lost packages, returns to our warehouse, or additional re-shipping fees (charged to you) if redelivery is needed—critical for jewelry, which is often small and prone to misdelivery.
  2. Force Majeure: Unforeseen events impacting U.S. shipping (e.g., regional natural disasters, carrier strikes, or supply chain disruptions) may delay order processing or delivery. We’ll notify you via email within 24 hours of identifying a delay and prioritize your order once conditions normalize, with extra care to protect delicate jewelry during rescheduled shipping.
  3. Damaged Items: We take every precaution to prevent transit damage—from using shock-absorbent packaging for rings to tamper-proof boxes for high-value pieces. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement, full refund, or repair (for fixable issues like broken clasps)—no return shipping required for U.S. customers.

Order Tracking

  • Order Acknowledgement: Immediately after placing your U.S. order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, jewelry details (e.g., “Sterling Silver Dainty Star Necklace – Size 16”), and expected processing timeline.
  • Shipment Updates: Once your order ships, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours. This email includes:
    • Your unique order number
    • Carrier name and contact information
    • Package tracking number
    • Direct link to the carrier’s official U.S. tracking page (for 24/7 updates)
  • Track your package anytime via the carrier’s site—tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear as the carrier scans and processes the shipment at their facilities.

U.S. Shipping Tips

  1. Delivery Preferences: For UPS/FedEx orders, you can sign up for delivery alerts (e.g., text notifications when your package is out for delivery) or request a specific delivery window (for an additional fee) to ensure someone is available to receive your jewelry. For USPS orders, use “Informed Delivery” to view photos of incoming packages.
  2. PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We ship to U.S. PO Boxes (via USPS) and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Note that delivery to military addresses may take 7–10 business days due to additional base processing, and we recommend selecting “signature confirmation” (free for U.S. orders) for added security.
  3. Missing Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with your local carrier (they may have left it with a neighbor or at a secure drop-off spot) or contact us at service@siumal.com—we’ll work with the carrier to locate your jewelry or arrange a replacement if lost.
